These are the terms on which Pelaris Trading sells . By ordering you agree to them.
The business behind this site
We run Pelaris Trading out of Indore, Madhya Pradesh and our catalogue is kitchen storage & organisers, sold across India.
We buy stock from suppliers and sell it under our own name. We are not the manufacturer, and we are not an authorised dealer, distributor or agent for any brand.
Order acceptance
An order becomes a contract when we confirm dispatch, not when you pay, and we may decline beforehand if stock, price or address turns out to be a problem.
Where an order is declined after payment, we refund in full.
Descriptions and photographs
Listings are written from supplier information and from the item itself . Photography is of the real product; screen colour varies and measurements are approximate unless we say otherwise. Where a listing is materially wrong, return it under the return policy.
The goods themselves
Kitchen storage is sold at the dimensions stated, empty unless the listing says otherwise. Whether a unit fits a particular cabinet or sink space is for the buyer to check before ordering.
Prices
We price in Indian Rupees and add delivery, visibly, at checkout . Prices can change, though never once your order is confirmed. Clear mispricing is raised with you rather than silently fulfilled.
How you may use the site

- Account security is on you, and so are orders placed with it
Liability
What we owe you is the goods as described, plus the remedies our shipping, return and cancellation policies set out . To the extent the law allows, indirect and consequential loss is excluded; rights that cannot lawfully be limited are untouched.
Except where the law provides otherwise, goods are supplied without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond those the manufacturer offers.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000), the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 Any dispute is for the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
