Cancelling before dispatch

Any order still on our bench can be cancelled for nothing — and since we pack to a 3:00 PM IST cut-off, the sooner you tell us the better.

Write to [email protected] or call +91 9425347502. Quote the order number and ask us to cancel; we confirm in writing.

After the parcel leaves

A collected parcel cannot be pulled back . Turn it away or accept it and return it under the 10 days policy.

Refunds on cancelled orders

Money paid by UPI on a cancelled order returns within 5 to 7 working days, which follows the Reserve Bank of India timeline.

A cancelled cash-on-delivery order was never paid for, so no refund arises . We apply no cancellation fee and no restocking charge.

Cancellations from our side

Sometimes we are the ones who cannot proceed : damaged stock, an unreachable pin code, or an order we cannot verify. You get the reason and a full refund.

We prefer an honest cancellation to a disappointing delivery.
