What payment methods do you take?

UPI or Cash on Delivery. We are not set up for cards, net banking, wallets or EMI.

Are these branded products?

We sell under our own name, Pelaris Trading. We are not an authorised dealer or agent for any manufacturer, and we do not describe our stock as branded merchandise.

Refund timing?

Within 7 business days of the item reaching us and passing inspection. Cancelled prepaid orders reverse in 5 to 7 working days.

What are the delivery timings?

1–2 business days here, 3–9 more with the courier. The daily cut-off is 3:00 PM IST.

Do you deliver everywhere in India?

India only, and nearly all of it. Where a pin code is unreachable we refund in full.

Can I swap an item?

We do not offer a direct exchange; returning for a refund and reordering is faster anyway.

Will an under-sink organiser fit around my pipes?

Measure the opening and the pipe run, then compare with the dimensions on the listing. Plumbing positions vary too much for us to answer that for a specific kitchen.

Do you have a shop I can visit?

There is no shopfront. We sell online only, and the published address handles post rather than customers.

Something arrived broken. What now?

Send the unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery. Damaged, wrong or missing items are replaced or refunded at our cost, return courier included.

Is delivery free?

Free on orders of ₹999 and above; a flat ₹49 below that.

Is GST included?

No. We trade below the GST registration threshold and are not registered, so no GST is charged and we cannot issue a GST invoice. A plain sale invoice comes with the parcel.
