Charges

spend ₹999 or more and delivery is on us and smaller orders carry a flat ₹49, applied once to the whole order.

Cash on Delivery carries no handling fee.

Handling and transit

orders are made ready within 1–2 business days ; after that the courier needs 3–9 business days, longer for remote pin codes.

3:00 PM IST is the cut-off; past it your order is packed for the next working day.

Couriers give us these windows; they are not guarantees . Public holidays and weather move them, and we keep you posted when they do.

Which addresses we serve

Our couriers cover India only . Forwarding services are not accepted either.

Some remote areas are not served, and we refund straight away rather than let an order hang.

Tracking

When a parcel arrives wrong

Please film the parcel being opened. If anything arrives damaged, wrong or missing, that footage settles the claim quickly — tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we replace or refund at our cost.

Parcels that cannot be delivered return to our address . Confirm a corrected address and we will send it out again; the flat delivery charge is payable on the repeat.
