How we buy
We buy from suppliers and importers, check what arrives, photograph it and list it — nothing is drop-shipped from a marketplace, so if it is on the site it has been through our hands.
We write listings from what we can actually check — where a supplier cannot tell us a material or a measurement, we leave it out rather than fill the gap with a guess.
Where we stand
We are an online seller of kitchen storage & organisers trading as Pelaris Trading — shipping across India and answerable for every order we take.
We are a retailer: we buy, we hold stock, we sell under our name. We are not a maker, an authorised dealer or anyone’s agent.
When an order goes wrong
we need 1–2 business days to check and pack ; the courier then takes 3–9 business days depending on the pin code.
A short video of the parcel being opened protects you. Report damage, a wrong item or a missing piece within 48 hours with that footage and we cover everything.
The return window is 10 days; refunds follow within 7 business days . We do not offer a direct exchange, and we would rather you knew that now.
